He later joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., a multinational law firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, where his practice focused on debt finance for venture-backed companies and other corporate finance transactions.
In 2014, Zachary founded Lerner Venture Law to support startups and entrepreneurs as a solo practitioner.
